So today, we lost one of the Indian Actors, Sushant Singh Rajput, a great actor, a brilliant mind and a wonderful human. Said that He was suffering from depression and mental illness and hung himself in his apartment.

So, we all are left with a question that Is Suicide an even considerable option !? The man who got brains, money, fame and everything he could have asked for committed suicide, Why !?

I feel that Yes, suicide is a cowardly move as suicides are done by People who are fed up from their lives and they feel they are done. They run from their work or responsibilities just because they think they might not end anywhere and rather than just putting efforts, they choose suicide as their choice. They feel already they have lost instead of trying to full extent. But still, I feel we can’t say or call them coward as suicide is not a small step to be taken and if they have taken such a big step, they are not “Cowards”.

There are no secrets in life, just truths lie beneath the surface

But the people are definitely cowards. We can definitely call ourselves as cowards as we didn’t help them when they needed it, when they asked for it. We are cowards who criticised them to pull them down, who were jealous of them in some way.

Loneliness is one of the main reasons for depression. I just say that tell the people around you that how much you care about them, how much you love them, how much they mean to you. Never leave them lonely. Stop making them feel weak and realise that your mere words can make someone feel weak or depress. Make them feel guided, secured, help them, spread positive vibes around yourself. Better be for someone today than to regret it later.

And, Happiness and Success are still far from each other

And this proves us that success and happiness are still not the synonyms in the dictionary of life. I’ll say that follow your instincts, follow for your happiness and success will reach you ultimately. Be happy in what you do, everybody has his own pace and you’ll ultimately get or receive what you deserve in from the life.
